Sophie decided another blog post was required to document her trip to the Japanese Steak house in North Myrtle Beach. This was one of her birthday requests (yes, we usually celebrate her birthday the entire month of July).
She wrote today’s entry on her own. I’m including it above.
For those of you that may have just a bit of trouble reading Sophie script, I’ll translate a bit.
We ate at the Japanese steak house.
We ate in front of a fire.
Our cook’s name was Aki.
I had a Shirley Temple.
I think that sums up a great evening with family, friends, Japanese food, a cook named Aki and no ninjas. We suspected Aki of being a ninja due to his excellent knife work but he’s clear. Some additional photos of the evening follow below.
